Kelly Hilley

Event Management Director, LSED

Kelly started Magnolia Lane Events after spending many years as the marketing and event director for major companies, from Atlanta to Miami. After marrying her husband and starting their family, they decided to settle down in her hometown of Augusta, Georgia. The passion for making others’ special moments enjoyable and memorable is what sparked her desire to bring Magnolia Lane to life. Her vision of providing exceptional services to brides and companies all over the southeast is shown in her work every day. She is a graduate of the New York Institute of Art & Design in Event Management and holds a Special Events Director License.  Kelly lives in Evans, Ga. with her husband, Josh, and their three children.  She enjoys music, reading, and any kind of outdoor activity.

Crystal Paugh

Business Office Manager

Crystal started as part of our event prep and day-of activity team until officially joining management in January of 2023. She previously owned and operated Just Plain Smokin', a mobile catering business traveling all over Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Florida serving homemade BBQ to thousands. Her experience as the Finance & Business Manager for several companies, as well as her knowledge of all things tech-related has been a huge asset to our team and clients. Managing budgets, vendor payments, contracts, and every back-end detail is simple and stress-free with Crystal on our team. Crystal lives in Hephzibah, Georgia with her daughter and son and enjoys crafts, spending time with family and friends, being a football mom, watching movies, and seeing others smile. 

Veronica Kinsey

Production Director

Veronica is an Augusta native and has called it home for over 45 years. Before taking the Director of Production position at Magnolia Lane, she owned Property Sisters, LLC, a remodeling and design business that bought houses deemed 'unlivable' by the state and turned them into homes for people of lower income to enjoy the luxuries of modern designs and quality at affordable prices.  She also worked as the head contractor for her father's construction company. Her vast knowledge of all things production allows us to provide clients with custom pieces and production services, setting us apart from other event planning companies.  Veronica genuinely enjoys helping people and traveling.

Macy Baker

Event Management Assistant, CEC

Macy was one of our brides who has always had a love for planning. Soon after her special day, she knew she wanted to take her passion and share it with others. Upon joining our family, Macy’s ability to connect with people and keen eye for detail confirmed her calling. She is a key part of making the event day a success. As a Certified Event Coordinator and one of the most acclaimed Realtors in Georgia, her talents are impressive. Macy is the Event Management Assistant at Magnolia Lane sharing many hats with the team. She lives in Martinez, Georgia with her husband Connor, their fur-baby Rue and enjoys all the little things in life.
